The Holroyd name is synonymous with precision and the company possesses an engineering history spanning over a century. Holroyd is unique; it manufactures bespoke precision components such as worm and helical gears, rotors, and aerospace parts but also makes state-of-the-art machine tools, which produce these components. This complementary operating strategy means that Holroyd is, in essence, “always its own customer”, a situation that provides an ongoing database of manufacturing experience, benefiting users of Holroyd products worldwide.

Holroyd design and manufacture a range of helical profiling machines to cover both milling and grinding processes, Holroyd also supply any size or quantity of loose rotor sets to global manufacturers from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Rochdale.  These components are used in applications such as air conditioning systems-to-transcontinental pipelines, compressors and engine superchargers.

These materials; Ceramics, Nickel, Tool Steel, Waspalloy, Inconel, Hastelloy, Rene, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Monel and Stellite among them, are used predominantly in aerospace, medical and hand tool industries.
